We keep it pretty simple – All rates are flat rates so you know the cost before you ride. Your ride will cost a little extra than what a taxi in your city would cost. But your ride will be at a much better experience.
Absolutely. You have one hour to cancel your ride without any penalty. If you want less than 1 hour to cancel, you’ll be charged a $15 fee that we’ll use to compensate the driver for their time.
  • Your credit card is used to pay for your ride. Simply walk out of the car when you arrive to your destination and your card will be charged and receipt will arrive in your email mailbox. Totally seamless.

Tipping your driver is the perfect way to thank them for a job well done. You can adjust the tip amount (percentage) at any point from your online profile The tip is automatically applied and charged to your card along with the flat rate provided at the time of ordering. On average, most passengers leave a 20% tip so that’s where we set the default amount when you first create your Red Premium account. You can change your default tip in your “Settings” menu.
Access your “Profile” menu in your account online to find the “Promo Code” field. Enter your promo code in the field. Voila!
